Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist

We currently have an interesting opportunity for a Supply Chain Replenishment Planner located in Terneuzen, the Netherlands.

The primary purpose of this role is to balance the right supply & demand, and make sure we have the right products, at the right time in the different warehouse hubs across EMEA. In addition, the Supply Chain Replenishment Planner is responsible for maintaining and improving a healthy cross collaboration dynamics between the different functions, continuous searching for improvement opportunities to optimize cost and quality in the supply chain and drive a very customer central culture in line with the business strategy. The Supply Chain Replenishment Planner is closely aligned to the Business Supply Chain Planner (BSCP) and Production Planners and be accountable for performance on supply chain quality, service, costs and working capital of the different warehouse hubs assigned to your responsibility. The Supply Chain Replenishment Planner will report to the area Solution & Gas Phase PE Supply Chain leader in EMEA.

Primary responsibilities:

oManage Supply/Demand/ Inventories for the warehouse hubs in EMEA

oManage and maintain a healthy inventory in the warehouse hubs

oContribute actively in the S&OP processes within the area

oTune capacity requirements with Logistics and Outplant management

oAdvice BSCP & Demand planner on the monthly allocation and sourcing process for your hubs

oLead resolution of large unplanned events

oAlign business strategy and supply chain operations to your respective hubs

oActively drive aged inventory down in the warehouses

oAct as primary interface between business and leveraged functions for the hubs

oExecute business supply chain strategy on quality, service, inventory, costs,

oProactive and transparent status updates to lead planner and function

oRepresent supply chain on business projects

oIdentify and drive supply chain improvements

oHelp drive cross-functional initiatives

oWork closely with Customer service and sales to meet customer needs

oOptimize supply chain design decisions

oLead resolution of serious service/quality interruptions
